4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance without any charges. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details and ensuring clear access to the property at the scheduled time. For moving services, packed and labeled items are expected unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement is made. We accept cash, bank transfer, or other locally available payment methods.

7. Complaints & Feedback

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve any issue promptly.
